Automatic or manual control
Clipsal Minder offers you a choice of security system options,
from simple to sophisticated. The simplest uses a code pad where
you enter your code to arm and disarm the security system.
 The
system can also activate certain devices, such as the television,
irrigation and lights to emulate household appearances that someone
is home. This is especially useful during holidays. When you enter
a house that is guarded by Clipsal Minder it instantly detects your
movement and reminds you to disarm the system by emitting beeps
from the keypad/s.
If the house is without movement for a period of time the system
can arm itself automatically. Clipsal Minder is clever and knows
when you have left for work in the morning. For those who feel safer
with extra security at night Clipsal Minder can be set to arm sections
of the house.

Safe and sound
If there is an intruder in the house the strobe will flash and
sirens will sound. Clipsal Minder will also ring and alert you if
you have the telephone option included. The Clipsal Minder system
can also be monitored by a security company and in an alarm situation
they can answer the call with one of their patrol cars.
Alarm options
You can have a total of four separate alarms on your system, each
named for situations that suit you eg. 'Break in','Fire','Irons
On' or 'Pets Locked In'. You can also have a silent alarm during
which the system will ring you or your security company, without
sirens or flashing lights to warn the intruder. In addition, a large
range of devices can be used with the security function, such as
movement detectors, glass break detectors and reed switched on doors
and windows, further enhancing the system.
